KBYR 91.5 is one of the two program services of BYU-Idaho Radio, run by Brigham Young University–Idaho in Rexburg. It carries inspirational and religious programming, while its sister station KBYI on 94.3 FM is the university's classical music service. The station began in 1993 as KWBH and took its current call letters in 2001, the year Ricks College became BYU–Idaho. Its signal has been relayed by KBYA 89.9 in Afton, Wyoming, and by translators in Idaho Falls and Fremont County; the university now also presents the 91.5 service as an online stream. The studios are at 525 South Center Street, Rexburg.
